To achieve a powerful alliance and maximize our shared resources and talent, we are excited to announce a major business integration effective February 1, 2026. Please be advised of the following strategic updates:
- Business Unit Merger & Team Transition: The Group's B2C, B2B, and CRM business units are officially merging. The Adobe Commerce B2C (Magento) operations, originally under eBrook Digital, will be fully integrated into eTrunk Solution (Jika). Our internal team rotation and transitions have been successfully completed.
- Four Major Product Lines: Moving forward, eTrunk Solution (Jika) will operate with a stronger, fully integrated team, simultaneously offering four comprehensive product lines: B2C eCommerce, B2B eCommerce, HubSpot CRM, and Corporate Websites.
- Commitment to Existing Customers: All existing eBrook Digital customers will be seamlessly served by eTrunk Solution (Jika). All contract transfers and updates have already been finalized, ensuring that your customer rights and service experiences remain completely unaffected.
- Transformation of eBrook Digital: Following this integration, eBrook Digital will transform into an AI Startup R&D Center, dedicating its focus to the research and development of innovative AI products. Please stay tuned for our upcoming AI product announcements!
