[Corporate Announcement] Strategic Integration of eBrook Digital and eTrunk Solutions
We are excited to announce the strategic integration of eBrook Digital and eTrunk Solutions (Jika), effective February 1, 2026. The B2C, B2B, and CRM business units have officially merged, with Adobe Commerce (Magento) operations now fully integrated under eTrunk Solutions (Jika). Going forward, eTrunk Solutions (Jika) will offer four comprehensive product lines: B2C eCommerce, B2B eCommerce, HubSpot CRM, and Corporate Websites. All existing eBrook Digital customers will continue to be served seamlessly — with no disruption to contracts or service experience. Meanwhile, eBrook Digital will transform into a dedicated AI Startup R&D Center, focused on developing next-generation AI products. Stay tuned for what's coming next.
